NetCare Mobile provides the following functions:
1、Network Operation Application
For daily frequent network operation, engineers can refer a saved template to complete the application faster.
2、Network Operation Approval
The App could help engineers to approve netcare operations directly.
3、TD&PM Approval of RFCs
If engineers are a TD or PM, APP can also help engineers to approve RFC directly.
4、RFC Task Punching
Four types of dotting tasks can be performed at the same location, including network operation, implementation task, assurance task, and regional assurance. Step by step punching, and the task progress feedback becomes more convenient.
5、High-risk Command Interception and Unlock
When encountering high-risk command interception during the operation, engineers can use APP to scan the QR code to unlock.
6、Authorization Application
Engineers can quickly initiate the single authorization application of RFC to the customer through the mobile APP. Standardized elements can save engineers' time for form filling.
7、Service Report Creation
The APP helps engineers to easily create service reports for NC or HC tickets.
