Clock up Top

Instead of squinting at the top right corner of your screen, show the time big with "Clock up Top". This clock app stays above other apps. You can resize freely to a size that you like. And it will stay above other fullscreen apps too. I use it in meetings when presenting my screen, to subtly remind participants of the time.
