Otters swim across water to reach their destination. Players direct otters at intersections to let them pass. Avoid blocking too many otters to prevent losing the game.
Otters will swim across the water to try to reach their destination. When they reach an intersection you will have to direct them to let each other through. Don't let too many build up or you will lose!
