The app features a shared dashboard that displays the status of ongoing tasks, ensuring everyone is on the same page. Organizations can categorize users as supervisors or front-line workers, with supervisors having the ability to assign new tasks and choose from three completion criteria: simple completion, text submission, or photo finish.
