Shadow-Planner ensures that, during an incident, your organisation’s business continuity plans are in the hands of the people who need them. By synchronising with data held in the Shadow-Planner BCM enterprise software solution from Wavenet Ltd, the app provides a mobile version of your plans to users of iOS devices. Features include: • Summary business continuity plans and playbooks detailing what to do and when • Drill-down capability to view specific playbooks along with associated documents and people responsible • Hierarchical contact groups with drill-down facilities to find contact details for key staff members • Liaise with staff by phone, SMS or email, either individually or using SMS/email to all members of a group • Search for people or playbooks by name • Passcode & biometric (fingerprint and Face ID) protection for all data • Synchronisation of data with the enterprise application ensures that your mobile data is always up to date • Download detailed documents on demand or include them in the regular synchronisation • Circulate documents by email direct from the iOS device, or print to an AirPrint printer The app is of great value to all personnel involved in a business continuity response, in particular to members of the crisis management team and BC and IT professionals.
