Description

SweetBeat HRV Classic gives you a detailed view of heart rate variability (HRV), heart rate, stress patterns, recovery, and related physiological signals. Designed for people who want to explore their HRV data in depth, SweetBeat HRV Classic combines real-time monitoring, saved-session trends, activity comparisons, Apple Health data, and HRV for Training insights in one app. The Classic edition preserves the familiar SweetBeat workflow while offering a refreshed interface for current iPhones. SweetBeat HRV Classic includes unlimited sessions with no subscription fees or in-app purchases. Understand Your HRV in Real Time Monitor HRV and heart rate during a session and observe how your physiological signals change over time. The Stress Monitor displays changes in real time, allowing you to observe patterns associated with everyday activities, relaxation, exercise, work, and other situations. When your selected stress threshold is reached, the Relax screen can provide a paced-breathing experience with calming images. HRV for Training Compare your current HRV with your own recent sessions and personal reference trend. HRV for Training helps you observe changes in recovery from day to day and provides general fitness and training insights based on your HRV patterns. Your results are based on your own physiological data and historical measurements, rather than population averages. A research paper describing the HRV for Training methodology is available directly within the app. Explore Your Trends SweetBeat HRV Classic provides multiple ways to review your data over time, including: HRV and reference trends Stress, heart rate, and HRV averages across saved sessions LF and HF power trends HRV comparisons by activity Resting heart rate and Apple Health trends Detailed session statistics including HRV, rMSSD, SDNN, LF, HF, LF/HF, respiration, RR intervals, signal quality, and additional metrics Heart rate recovery after exercise Saved session history Export and Review Your Data SweetBeat HRV Classic allows you to: Save sessions to your SweetWater Health account Export RR interval and session data in CSV format Email RR intervals and session data for personal offline analysis Review detailed minimum, average, maximum, and latest session statistics Apple Health Integration SweetBeat HRV Classic can import supported Apple Health data such as HRV/SDNN, resting heart rate, and average heart rate. Apple Health data is provided for viewing and trend-display purposes only and is not used in SweetBeat HRV Classic’s core HRV calculations. External Heart Rate Monitor Required IMPORTANT: SweetBeat HRV Classic requires compatible external hardware for HRV measurement. Supported devices include compatible Bluetooth Low Energy heart rate monitor chest strap capable of providing accurate RR interval data. Wrist-based heart rate devices, including Apple Watch, are not supported for SweetBeat HRV Classic HRV calculations. Although wrist-worn devices may work well for general heart rate measurement, they may not provide the continuous RR interval data required by SweetBeat HRV Classic.
