Dishman Performance

Dishman Performance strengthens the mental approach of athletes young and old. The app allows Dishman Performance to work with athletes while also being a resource for parents and coaches. Topics are delivered weekly that develop the mind, body, and skills. Information is delivered in written and video form along with downloadable PDF's. There is an Ask Coach Dishman section for users to ask situational-specific questions or questions about the content. The app is designed to help athletes of all ages and skill levels with many of the techniques translatable to school and life. Coach Dishman played collegiately at Duke University, professionally in the Atlanta Braves Organization, and has coached or played for over thirty-five years.
