We offer heated vinyasa, power, bikram method (26&2) and yin yoga. Our experienced staff is trained to teach brand new students and advanced students alike and will craft an experience in the hot room that will leave you feeling empowered and peaceful. We have full locker rooms, mat and towel rentals as well as a small boutique if you're interested in owning your own gear.
