My name is Kyle Collinsworth. I'm from Provo, UT. I played basketball at Brigham Young University. I made it to the NBA and played for the Dallas Mavericks. I now play for a professional team in Japan. I married Shea Martinez who was a 7X All-American at BYU as well as a former professional runner for Nike. We encourage better health & fitness through commitment to one habit at a time. One of the many habits that we encourage is push-ups. We've made it so our 100 push-ups a day challenge is truly for EVERYONE. There are so many ways to modify your push-ups to fit your situation and level. Whether you are in Jr. High or High School or 65 years old, you can participate and thrive! Once you do 1,000 push-ups, you will receive our Silver Level T-Shirt for FREE! I'm currently working towards my Black Belt in Martial Arts, so I thought it would be fun & challenging to do a similar system for our 100 push-ups a day challenge.
