Description
View logs in a monthly calendar with details on weight, total workouts, and daily titles. Select from popular workouts by name or muscle group and access info. Edit sets and reps with minimal taps. Rate daily workouts and track progress.
* Calendar with monthly-view - View all you workout logs in a calendar view. This shows your weight, total workouts done and title of the day.
* List of most popular workouts - Easily select from the list of popular workouts. Search by the name of workout or even muscle group. Get information about any workout by clicking info button.
* Minimal interface - Add/Edit your workout sets/reps with just few taps. The app UX is designed in such a way that user input is minimal.
* Rate your daily workout - Select from the scale of 1-10 — How well your workout went. Also write a short line describing the same.
* Routines/Splits - Choose from or make your own routine or split which you follow. Create new by adding day titles easily.
