PA4Health consists of a multi-screened & multi-component to allow the user to receive daily text intervention messages, to set goals and provide feedback on goal progress, and have the ability to provide physical activity (PA) resources in the environment based on the person’s location, and additional educational content on the benefits of physical activity. Moreover, the app will allow survey completion.
