A rower‘s metronome. Use sound and graphics to coach rowing cadence.
• Have a difficult time teaching the concept of ratio?
• Used the term “3:1 ratio” but your rowers just don't get it?
• Need to reduce check in your boat?
Set a stroke rate — Choose a ratio — Hit Start.
Watch the graphic and listen to the sounds. (A continuous tone on the drive, short beeps on the recovery.) In minutes your crew will be rowing along to the metronome with perfect ratio.
Use it on an erg, from the launch or even in the coxswain’s seat.
Next step: quick catches! Good luck!
