The app provides McDonald's restaurant business performance data, including sales and customer feedback. Users access information relevant to their role and restaurant access.
VA LIVEBOARD gives you control of your McDonald's restaurants. Business performance data from several databases, available 24/7, wherever you are worldwide. You will find information about sales, product mix, ROIP and Customer Feedback such as CSO information or VOC depending on regional agreements. Based on your role in the company you will see information only for the restaurants you have access to. You will need a valid McDonald's AD or EID to be able to use the app.
