MobileSerwis is the app for field technicians of companies running the MobileSerwis system. Your work schedule, customer data, photos, parts and billing — all in your pocket, even with a poor connection. WORK ORDERS & CALENDAR A day and week planner (change days with a swipe), a list view or the day map, priority dots under each day, a counter of new orders, search by customer/phone/address/appliance/serial number, and filters. Full order details with labels. Multi-day jobs show which day of how many. You decide what the list shows — from full details down to just the address and the reported fault. YOUR DAY ON A MAP The whole day on one map: the order of visits, the route along real roads, kilometres driven and left, and your own position. You can see how far the next customer is — and on the job list, how far each one is from you. WORK IN THE FIELD Multiple photos per order with full-screen preview — the office sees them instantly in the web panel. Parts from the catalogue with your van stock. Simple billing: enter the amount due and labour is calculated automatically by repair type. A payment can be split across methods (cash, transfer, card), and for a fiscal receipt you scan the customer's e-receipt code instead of writing out paper. Collect the customer's signature on screen and email them the job card as PDF. Plus manufacturer protocol fields, repair history and service reminders. WORK TIME & FOLLOW-UPS On jobs that require it, measure the time you spend at the customer's with one button — pause and resume as you like; closing the job stops it for you. When the visit ends but the job doesn't, send a follow-up to the office: the type, what is left to do and a suggested date. MESSAGES Talk to the office right from the app — a separate conversation for every job, plus a general one. You can format your messages and see whether the office has read them. New messages arrive as a notification, and tapping it opens that exact conversation. CASH & DOCUMENTS Technician's cash register (deposits, payouts, balance), customer quotes from your company price list sent as PDF, technical documentation at hand. WORKING OFFLINE In a boiler room or a basement the app keeps going: photos, parts, signatures and billing are saved on the phone and sent on their own once you are back online. Nothing is lost and nothing waits for you to tap "retry" — a status bar shows how many items are still queued. The app works with the MobileSerwis system (mobileserwis.pl). Signing in requires a technician account created by your company. Some features (signatures, quotes, documentation, e-receipts, Messages, follow-ups, the work timer) depend on what your company has enabled.
