Calculate 107% of a given race time using interactive picker wheels. Display the result clearly. Determine if a driver's time meets the qualifying threshold for race participation.
Ever watched an formula one qualifying session? According to the rules, all drivers must drive a timed lap that's within 107% of the best lap in the Q1 session. If a driver cannot drive a timed lap within that limit, that driver isn't allowed to participate in the race.
That rule is easy enough to understand, but how easy is it to find out what 107% of the best time is?
