Track work hours and calculate pay with a timesheet. Record time entries for employees and employers. Calculate overtime pay at 1.5 times the regular rate for hours over 40 in a workweek. Does not handle tips, commissions, bonuses, or holiday pay.
WorkWise Timesheet is a free mobile app from the U.S. Department of Labor’s Wage and Hour Division that helps employers and employees track work hours and calculate pay.
Use WorkWise Timesheet to record regular work hours and breaks and calculate overtime pay at one and one-half times (1.5) the regular rate of pay for hours worked over 40 in a workweek. The app provides a simple way to maintain time and pay information, as well as access to wage and hour compliance resources.
WorkWise Timesheet does not currently account for all pay and workplace situations, including tips, commissions, bonuses, deductions, holiday pay, weekend pay, shift differentials, or pay for regular days of rest.
The app also provides access to Wage and Hour Division resources, including information about the Payroll Audit Independent Determination (PAID) program and other compliance assistance resources.
