Test Swift Regex patterns against local text, inspect captures, and preview replacements without changing the text you pasted. Use Regex to: • See empty, invalid, zero-match, and matching states as you type • Highlight every match or one selected capture group • Inspect capture groups 0 through 8 • Toggle case-insensitive, dot-matches-newlines, and multiline anchor options • Preview $0–$8 capture-based replacements in a read-only result • Copy a pattern with backslashes and quotes escaped • Paste an escaped pattern and unescape it for editing • Optionally recover one workspace on your next launch Workspace recovery is off by default. When enabled, one workspace is stored only on this device in the app sandbox; local device backups may include it. Clear it at any time or turn recovery off. Regex processes patterns, test data, and replacement previews locally. It has no uploads, account, cloud sync, network service, or app analytics. Regex is a focused native editor for testing the Swift Regex behavior you plan to use in code.
