Pure Land Rebirth Dhāraṇī

Introduction: The Pure Land Rebirth Dhāraṇī (Sanskrit: सुखावती व्यूह धरणी | Sukhāvatī vyūha dharaṇī) is also known as "Dharani for pulling out karmic obstructions by the roots and obtaining birth in the Pure Land". The Rebirth Mantra is a teaching of the Secret School in the Mahayana teaching. This mantra (dharani) is to help those who have recited Amitabha Buddha's name for so long and have no attainment. Some living beings have very heavy karmic obstacles and very deep rooted, therefore Shakyamuni Buddha introduced and taught us this supreme dharani to pull out our karmic obstacles by the roots.
