8 A's of Transformation

The 8 A’s of Transformation App is a tool. It is designed to introduce and train individuals, organizations, coaches, and clients in the principles and relationships between each of the A’s of Transformation. Such training leads to individuals/organizations, becoming his/her It’s Authentic Self or achieving it’s stated Vision, Purpose, Mission and/or Goals. The A’s are: Awareness, Acceptance, Assurance, Adoration, Association, Assignment, Accountability and Assimilation. The 8 A’s of Transformation App will serve as a vehicle to understand how the A’s of Transformation can be utilized either individually or all together as a system. As a tool the 8 A’s of Transformation via the App can be used for developmental growth and change on the individual and/or organizational level. Individually, each “A” can be used as a “Step” or “Stage” in a Process of leadership development. Teams with access the material via the websites and utilize it for a number of team learning exercises. All leading to learning to work more coherently.
