LIFECycle is a boutique spin studio located in Saskatoon and we are all about making you sweat & making you feel good! Our LIFE 35, LIFE 45 & LIFE Lite indoor cycling classes are designed to give you the workout of your LIFE, all while having a blast. Whether you are in the best shape of your life, or just starting out on your fitness journey, our enthusiastic instructors and uplifting spin community will challenge & motivate you from the minute you step through our studio doors. The music is pumping’, the lights are low and the energy is HIGH! Not only will you be pedalling fast & climbing heavy on our bikes, but we even have a weight track to focus on our upper bodies and a “Gratitude” track to focus inwards.
