Senyo is a professional tool that allows you to get personalized help from a coach wherever you go and whenever you need.  This mobile application pairs you with a coach who will guide you through a series of modules and weekly or daily tasks to aid in your recovery journey.  Modules and tasks may include: • Mood surveys: To help the coach to understand your health condition in a better way. • Exercise goals: Go for a walk and track your goals. You can share health data from Senyo to the Apple Health app. • Meeting with your coach: Maintain communnication with your coach via chat. Completing a task will earn you reward points that convert to real prizes.
