Description
The ArcaTrips app will help a customer book, amend or cancel a ride. It shows the status of the ride, including the location of vehicle in realtime on a map. It also displays data about the arrival time, ride price, distance and time taken of each ride.
It will allow the customer to send support messages to the ArcaTrips helpline.
