Research mobile app for the USC research study entitled “Comprehensive and Continuous Mental and Physical Status Measurement of Warfighters.” The app contains informed consent for the research study, daily and weekly surveys, general health and wellness resources, and summarized personal insights. This app does not diagnose or treat medical conditions, nor does it provide medical information. The app utilizes HealthKIt and integrates with the Health app.
