This app requires the prior licensing and deployment of the Kelverion Automation Portal in your organization and provides mobile access to submit and manage IT service requests.
The Automation Portal meets the need for an easy to configure front end to your automation tool of choice such as Azure Automation, PowerShell or System Center Orchestrator.
Mobile users can request IT services such as:
- Onboarding a new starter
- Changing system access
- Removing system access
- Resetting a password
- In fact any IT service request
