TIM Responder App

This App is used to conduct Traffic Incident Management (TIM) scenario exercises during TIM Responder Instructor Led Virtual Training sessions. The App allows interactive participation, where Instructors and Participants can move vehicles and traffic control devices to different locations on a map, as if responding to a traffic incident.
