Cardio Health App is designed for the purpose of helping the patients and their caregivers in
understanding the complex heart diseases. Heart disease is the number one leading cause of sudden
cardiac death. It aims to educate the people about learning preventive strategies against heart disease.
This app has three separate sections with first one emphasizing on calculating the risk percentage of
heart disease based on individual risk factors and underlying medical conditions. Second section is based
on the cardiovascular complications of learning about the diagnostic work up for various
symptoms associated with heart disease. Third section of app has discussed about the risk factors for
common heart rhythm disorder called Atrial Fibrillation, which is leading cause for stroke( paralysis). It
also guides the patients with Atrial fibrillation about their treatment options.
This app also provides a link for Afibandprevention.com for further information pertaining to certain
heart conditions. This website is designed for providing more details about the dietary modifications,
exercise and various surgeries for the heart.
