Great leadership requires self-leadership. Most leadership development programs focus on how-tos: how to lead a team, how to influence others, how to lead up, how to get others to follow you. While how-tos are important, we believe they are secondary. In contrast, Academy Within is a learning company that focuses on intra-leadership, or what we call Intrinsic Leadership. This is the inner-practice of cultivating the essential, best, and whole self through the skills of becoming more aware, grounded, engaged, and resilient.
