This mobile app is designed to be a ‘coach in your pocket,’ providing information and support for managing mental health at work, including support for you and support to deal with co-workers. You can link directly to a peer mentor if you have questions. We do not provide counseling, but there are links to local and provincial resources. The app is available for employers to provide to their workers, including customizable links to internal as well as external resources, however employers cannot access personal information.
