MGVitals

MGVitals allows patients to record vitals signs at home for monitoring by a clinician. It guides the patient through the scheduled process of taking vital signs measurements and sends them to LifeStream where a clinician can review them. MGVitals is only available to patients whose clinician has prescribed them to use it for remote vital signs monitoring.
