The InStride Health application allows patients and caregivers to access key details of their InStride Health care experience.
Patients and caregivers can:
• View details of appointments with your InStride care team
• Access appointments directly from the app
• Review Goals and Assignments sent by your care team, mark them complete
• Live chat with your coach
• For caregivers of multiple patients, ability to view appointments and goals and chat with the patient's coach for each patient
