Season works by pairing you with one of our registered dietitians to discuss health concerns, set goals, and build a personalized nutrition plan. Then, you’ll explore our curated selection of recipes and affordable pre-made meals. Choose what looks good and have meals and ingredients delivered to your door. To stay on track, you’ll participate in our accredited education program and receive ongoing support from your Season dietitian.
