To use the TTEC Talent Mobile app, you must be a TTEC Talent desktop user with authorized credentials.

Launch content online or download it for offline consumption. (Subject to offline content availability)
Unfinished and assigned activities can be viewed from the mobile timeline
Single Sign-On capabilities (inherited from desktop version)
