If you are a regular member of the Strive Gym, you can check your exercise information, prescriptions, and progress. If you are a trainer or a manager of the Strive Gym, you can manage your members' exercise information, prescriptions, and progress. Important - This app is available only to authorized users and should be approved by the Strive administrator.
