Caregivr provides many ways of taking notes for care providers. One of them is Caregivr Scanr. Use Caregivr Scanr to make a document scan of paper notes and add it to the dossier of your client. First scan your notes and then scan the QR code in the dossier of the client in Caregivr on your desktop or laptop screen. The notes will be stored securily in the dossier of the client.
