The Mission Suite Mobile App equips you as a church leader on-the-go to view your Encounter sessions, manage session groups, take attendance, and communicate with participants and volunteers. ENCOUNTER SESSIONS • View list of all ongoing and completed Encounter sessions • View session details • View and copy a session’s form links MEETINGS & ATTENDANCE • View list of each session’s meetings • Take meeting attendance by group or individually SESSION’S GROUPS • View list of each session’s groups • Change participant and volunteer’s group assignment • Remove participants and volunteers from a group PARTICIPANTS • View list of each session’s participants • View participant details related to the session • Communicate with session participants as a group or individually via text and email • Email, text and call participants individually VOLUNTEERS • View list of each session’s volunteers • View volunteer details related to the session • Communicate with session volunteers as a group or individually via text and email • Email, text and call volunteers individually MESSAGES OUTBOX • View email and text messages sent from the Mission Suite desktop and mobile app organized by session • View all emails and texts sent to a session participant or volunteer across time *You must have a current Mission Suite software user account to use this app **All functionality is based on your current Mission Suite user account permissions **The Mission Suite Mobile App is for the Encounter Module only.
