You can also access medical records, view test results, manage prescriptions and send secure medical questions to your child’s care team. With our new Children’s Wisconsin app, you can: • Video visit with a doctor • Schedule appointments • Text or call your doctor’s office • Reserve your spot at an urgent care location • Symptom check to find the right place for care • Get first aid advice • Take advantage of an enhanced Mychart experience • Upload health and fitness data from Apple's "Health app," when enrolled in self-tracking programs via MyChart
