Description
Thirteenth Beach Estate is a residential development that has been built around two championship golf courses that were
designed by Tony Cashmore and Nick Faldo. It has been developed in two Stages: Stage A is the area accessed via Tomara Drive from Plantation Drive onwards, whereas Stage B is the area accessed via Cashmore Drive (that runs off Tomara Drive).
Quantum is the appointed owners corporation manager.
The app will provide owners with access to, but not limited to, the following functions:
· historical and current information about the Owners Corporation including the Owners Corporations Rules, Notice of Meetings, Agendas and Minutes;
· news articles and development updates; and
· links to the Quantum Business Portal & DEFT online payment system that will allow users to update contact details, check
their account status and pay annual fees.
