Description
SwapIt is a barter-based social media app. It will allow users to swap items locally in two ways. First, users will be able to swipe through and match with nearby items, similar to many dating apps. Once a match is made, users can chat and arrange the trade all within the SwapIt app. Additionally, users will be able to join interest-based groups. From here they can browse through specific item groups and meet other users with shared interests. SwapIt aims to reduce waste, save users’ money, and make new connections by swapping unneeded items.
