GE RFS is one of Davisware’s robust mobile apps for service technicians working in the field.
Designed to work with only the 24.02 version of Global Edge, this application introduces the new RFS+ functionality. This additional functionality allows technician’s locations to be monitored by their office staff, resulting in more efficient and productive routing of calls. It also allows for customers to monitor the location of their technician as they are en route to their location!
