When you step into the PIT, be ready for a 60- minute, non-stop HIIT workout. The PIT is an open-air environment, where the only limitation is YOU. Each day of the week we target different and specific muscle groups. Operated by self-powered equipment, strategically designed to achieve your desired results. Each class is capped at 21 clients, allowing the trainer to give you individualized attention. Whether your goal is to torch body fat, increase strength, or promote lean muscle, the PITFIT team provides a clear roadmap for all levels of fitness and wellness goals.
