UNIRA
Log cases, document procedures, analyze practice data
UNIRA, INC.
Description
Log surgical cases with detailed documentation templates. Import existing case logs and files. Track practice analytics and performance metrics. Share case notes securely with colleagues. Manage multiple hospital systems and schedules.
UNIRA is a surgeon-owned app for surgical case logging, documentation support, and practice analytics—built by surgeons, for surgeons.
Designed around real surgical workflows, UNIRA makes it fast and simple to log cases accurately, whether you practice at a single hospital or across multiple systems. The app supports surgeons at every career stage, from training through independent practice.
UNIRA lets you upload existing case log files so your prior work stays with you. Supported imports include ACGME case logs, ACS SSR exports, and compatible EMR-generated files. All cases are organized in one secure, surgeon-controlled platform that follows you wherever you practice.
The app delivers productivity analytics and longitudinal insights based on your case history. Surgeons can track procedure volume, case mix, trends over time, and outcome analytics to better understand their practice across institutions.
UNIRA includes OpWriter, a documentation support tool designed to assist with clear, complete operative notes while preserving the surgeon’s individual voice. OpWriter is built to support documentation quality and review readiness without changing clinical intent.
UNIRA also provides billing guidance to help surgeons understand CPT coding considerations related to their procedures. This guidance is informational only and intended to support accurate documentation and informed clinical decision-making.
A built-in surgical reference feature allows surgeons to ask procedure-specific questions and access concise, practical information during daily practice.
UNIRA is private, surgeon-first, and designed to grow with your career. Your data remains under your control, with insights that become more powerful as your case history expands.
