How does it work?

3. Receive your personalized treatment plan
It's that simple. Our Digital Diagnosis option allows you to submit your symptoms for provider review, while you get on with your day. You can also receive quick prescription refills with no office visit. On average, you'll receive your diagnosis and treatment plan, or prescription refill, in as little as 10 minutes! If the provider has any questions or concerns, they'll reach out to you for a call.
If you opt for Video Care, you'll enter a queue to be seen over video by a provider. Most wait times average about 15 minutes or less. The provider will ask about your symptoms and send you a diagnosis and treatment plan shortly after the call.

No insurance? No worries! Digital Diagnosis and Video Care are available at affordable flat rates no matter what the reason for the visit is. Any prescribed medication is additional.
