ADD AND TRACK YOUR ORDERS Before and during your journey, you can add and track orders that you plan to pick up at one of D’Arrigo Bros. Co.’s locations. SCHEDULE APPOINTMENTS Appointments can now be scheduled through the app prior to arriving at our facility. AUTOMATIC CHECK-IN AND PICK UP WITH THE PRE-CHECK-IN FEATURE As you get closer to your pick-up location, you can pre-check-in your order to let us know that you are close to arriving. When you arrive at your pick-up location, the app will automatically check in your order and you will receive a door number assignment. You will then be ready for us to load your order. TIMELY STATUS UPDATES During your journey and while you are waiting to load your order, the app will provide you with real-time status updates, including a door assignment. D’ARRIGO SUPPORT CHAT Should you need any assistance during your pickup journey, you can contact the D’Arrigo Bros. Co. team directly through the chat function in the app. MULTIPLE LANGUAGES The D’Arrigo Bros. Co. Check-in app is available in English, Spanish, and French.
