You can also use DayRate to help calculate your billable hours when creating invoices! This app is designed for use in the film industry. It follows the industry standard for overtime rates (1.5x after 8 hours, 2x after 12), and helps calculate your hourly rate depending on the amount of hours you're guaranteed when you book a job. DayRate is by no means legally binding, and should only be used as a tool to estimate the wages you are owed.
