The H2 Health app helps new patients complete all the necessary registration paperwork easily from their mobile devices. The app walks the new patient through each step and captures the necessary information for their first appointment with the therapist saving time and providing accurate information. It eliminates the need for new patients to come to their first appointment very early and take time to fill out paper forms on a clipboard by hand.The app integrates to access patients daily step count only (no other health data) to the authorized healthcare providers so they can monitor patients.
