Description
Manage hotel membership benefits by viewing and redeeming vouchers, accessing news and promotions, tracking visit history, and viewing bonus extras. Link to the hotel website and update personal information in the profile section.
Function of the app:
1. My Benefits - Vouchers or certificates available to use or redeem(once redeemed, app will show the voucher as 'Used')
2. News & Promotions - Shows general news or offers from the hotel (e.g. upcoming event, promotion...)
3. My Visits - History of members hotel visits (e.g. room, restaurant or other hotel facility).
4. Bonus Extras - Extra member benefits.
5. Hotel Website - Link to hotel website.
6. My Profile - Member’s information (e.g. name, membership number, membership validity etc.).
7. Room Reservations - Link to hotel reservation website.
8. Contact us - Contact portal for any member enquiry.
9. Language - Setting to change app language.
10. About - Displays the app version and copyright.
11. Logout - To logout from the app.
