The Nextassist app is a free app created specifically for Nextcare members. It brings a whole new level of convenience from requesting a tow truck to tracking its live location, checking policy benefits, claims history and more.
Key features allow you to:
1. Request a service provider
Once you initiate a request for a service, the system will search for the nearest tow truck within a specific location and dispatch it automatically. You will be able to track the driver’s live location and communicate with him through the app before rating the service.
2. View policy details
Access benefits based on your insurance plan and coverage.
3. Check your claims history
Check the history of your requested services and claims, and view the status of your car in the workshop with updated photos and delivery date.
4. Multi-lingual support
The Nextassist app is currently available in two languages: English and Arabic.
