REM Rental Expense Manager keeps track all rental or investment property expenses and readies them for end of year accounting and taxes. Enter expenses with iPhone or other IOS device or upload from existing excel/ other .csv data files. Uses OCR to convert receipt photos to expense records. Output summaries in form of PDF, .txf, or .csv files, via email or text. Can handle multiple properties, multiple filing, customizable expense categories or standard Schedule E tax categories. Friendly editing features and includes some extras like mortgage interest estimations, return on investment and even exporting Schedule E file to TurboTax.
