C-Screener is aimed to provide a symptom checklist that helps keep organizations safe and secure. Users can optionally share information with their employers via email, SMS, etc. The app includes the following features: 1. A health screening checklist to identify with a simple yes/no selection. 2. Users can submit information to their organizations with contact information for administration purposes. 3. Forms can exported in PDF format with date and time stamped for ease of record management. 4. Easy setup to handle multiple workplaces/facilities. 5. Easy setup to handle regular groups of individuals that do not have the ability to use the mobile app themselves.
