Jobstory is the first 100% dedicated video recruitment application. Recruiters can post job offers by adding 5 questions of their choice for candidates. Candidates can view the offers and apply at any time by answering the 5 questions by filming themselves with their phone. The recruiter receives and views the applications in the form of stories and can thus select and contact the candidates of their choice. Candidates thus have 5 minutes to convince the recruiter, without suffering any form of discrimination based on address, name, date of birth, etc. The recruiter manages all of their recruitments in the application in a minimum amount of time.
